My boyfriend and I absolutely love this location and Jazz was such a wonderful person she really helped us out on our orders and went above and behind to make sure we were taken care of while having the best attitude. I enjoyed our experience!

The steak meat needs SEASONING and the spicy lemon pepper, needs lemon pepper, it just tastes like hot sauce. They were moist tho. Also, the mayo has zero flavor either, just oil so almost pointless to add it to the sandwich. Staff was wonderful. They stayed on top of the cleanliness. Ms. Jasmine, the cashier was a happy, fun and professional lady that recommended some upgrades to our fries and drinks. Those were delicious. I do plan on trying the lemon pepper dry rub on the next visit but pretty sure I won't get the Philly again.

Jazz was friendly and swift with our order. The restaurant was clean, warm and inviting. The food was fresh hot and amazing . 10/10 will be returning!!

Mariah, and employees are so professional, and delightful! The food is by far one of the BEST take out restaurants I've been to in Houston/Spring! I eat at least 4x a week at Charleys! Wing-Stop and all the other chicken fast foods don't have nothing on Charleys!!!!

Came in for lunch today. Food came out super fast. Great quality. Our server was very nice as well. I believe her name was Jasmine. Exceptional service definitely coming back.
